 Glucose, Fructose and Galactose

Isn’t it better to put beautiful clean things into your body. 

You see because I said these grapes don’t decompose, they ferment. 

Now of course I know  a lot of people are going to come over here, they’re going to be like so much sugar that can’t be healthy, that’s going to give you diabetes. 

No, again they have been brainwashed.

You cannot get diabetes or you cannot get sick from eating too much fruit, that is not possible. 

I’m going to prove it to you. 

The reason why that’s not possible is to understand that there’s three types of sugars that exist.

There’s glucose which is a sugar from vegetables. 

There’s fructose which is sugar from fruit. 

There’s galactose which is from a woman’s breastmilk.

Now when it comes to glucose you need your pancreas to produce insulin to allow your cells to open so the glucose can be used for energy. 

If the pancreas doesn’t produce enough insulin then you end up with what? 

High blood sugar because the cells are not able to open up to utilise that glucose for energy so the glucose stays in your blood. 

So when you are consuming glucose you need insulin from the alpha and the beta cells of your pancreas. 

But what about when it comes to fructose, what about the sugar from fruit. 

The sugar from fruit is fructose which does not need the pancreas to produce any form of insulin for it to be absorbed because you have what is called the upper digestive tract. 

It is the upper digestive that absorbs all of the sugar from the fruit. 

So when it comes to sugar from fruit, 

it does not need a pancreas, which means it’s completely impossible for natural fruits to give you diabetes.
